What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What are the conditions for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What items cannot be returned?

We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.

What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at cs.center0604@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

What are the estimated shipping times?

Approximate shipping time for the USA is 3 to 8 business days. For the rest of the world, it is 3 to 12 business days. These times do not include weekends or public holidays.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed. This processing time is separate from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time.
